Our mothers grew up to be like their mother, our grandmother, who grew up to be like her mother. And we grew up to be like our mother as our children will grow up to be like us. So, we need to give our mothers and our children a little grace, because one day we will understand what our mothers went through, and one day our children will understand what we went through. It is just the circle of life.

So this is a message to mothers and children: give each other a little grace because you’re both doing the best you can. Life is hard at every stage. It never feels fair when times are hard and you’re having to go through something alone. Sometimes we just feel alone when our journey is hard. Try to be patient with each other. You love each other, you may not understand each other all the time, but you are both doing the best you know how.
